On December 19th, 2020, the Balanced Women Network (BWN) hosted its Vision Board Picnic, a unique and empowering event designed to inspire and equip women with the tools to visualize and achieve their goals. This gathering combined creativity, personal development, and community support, providing a nurturing environment where women could focus on their futures and take actionable steps towards their dreams
OUR FOCUS
The primary focus of the Vision Board Picnic was to educate and train women on how to create effective vision boards and understand their significance in goal-setting. The event included workshops, interactive sessions, and one-on-one coaching, all aimed at helping participants identify their goals, break them down into actionable steps, and stay motivated throughout their journey.
THE NEED
Many women often struggle with translating their dreams into actionable goals due to a lack of direction, resources, or support. Vision boards serve as a visual reminder of what they aim to achieve, making it easier to stay focused and motivated. However, not everyone is aware of how to create or use them effectively. This event addressed that gap by providing hands-on training and support, empowering women to take control of their futures.
THE IMPACT
